Speakers and Presenters: All participants involved in the program are expected to register and to pay appropriate fees. All residents/students participating in the program are expected to pre-register.
Early Bird REGISTRATION closes on Thursday, Dec. 12, 2024. Registrations received after that date are automatically charged and the delegate is expected to pay the late registration fee levels.
REGISTRATION OPTIONS:
FULL SCCACS MEETING: Includes General Plenary Sessions, Specialty Section Sessions and all Social Functions, including Breakfast daily, Friday & Saturday Receptions and Lunch both days.
DAILY: Includes General Plenary Sessions, Specialty Sessions, Social Function and Meals for one specific Day. (Day must be specified)
SPOUSE REGISTRATION: Includes all meal and social functions as listed above.
OPTIONAL ITEMS: SCCACS will be using an event app for the meeting. There is a nominal charge for a printed program book.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: Cancellations must be received in writing by December 27, 2024, to receive a refund. A $50 handling charge will be deducted from all refunds. No refund will be provided for cancellations received after December 27, 2024.
MEETING MATERIALS: The final program, name badges and tickets will be available at the onsite registration desk.
