The 2025 SCCACS Meeting will take place as an in person meeting, January 10-12, 2025 at the Ritz Carlton Bacara, Santa Barbara.

The group room rate is $399 per nite plus taxes and fees. NOTE: There is a $20 resort fee* (discounted from $50) that will be applied. When booking online, the standard fee may appear, but discounted at check-in.
Online and phone reservations will be accepted until Monday, December 16, 2024 OR until the block sells out. Pre/post dates are subject to availability and rates. You may need to call to request pre/post dates or for any other specific requests.
Room rates will be honored three days prior to and three days after the meeting dates based on availability. * The fee includes guest room wireless internet, access to tennis courts, daily bike rental for 2 people, daily one hour yoga class – check with the resort for the current list of resort package fee inclusions.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations received after the room block fills or after the cut-off date, will be based on space and rate availability. Cancellations must be received 7 days prior to arrival for most dates, 1st night room charged if cancelled within this time frame.
Early Departure and No Show Fees:
To avoid an early checkout fee of one night’s room and tax, please advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in the planned length of stay. For guests with confirmed reservations that are a no show, a fee equivalent to one night’s room and tax will be charged to the credit card on file and the reservation will be canceled.
