Exhibitor set-up and details
We are looking forward to a great meeting in Santa Barbara. We will have a final program book and a preliminary registration list available for you upon your arrival Friday morning.
All meetings and key functions will be held in the Loggia Ballroom. Exhibits will be located in La Veranda, near the registration area and close to all principle meetings. Morning coffee and all refreshment breaks will be in the exhibit area, as will an informal lunch on Friday and Saturday.
Each exhibitor will receive one six-foot draped table and two chairs. Access to one standard electrical outlet will be available at no cost to the exhibitor. For all other needs, contact Julie Minor for referral to the appropriate parties.
HOURS
Thursday, January 9
6:00 pm to 8:00 pm – Early exhibit set up
*Booth locations are assigned by ACS staff depending on longevity with the show, level of support and other factors. Look for a sign indicating your location.
Friday, January 10
6:00 am to 7:00 am – Final exhibit set up
7:00 am - Exhibits open/coffee and continental breakfast for delegates
7:00 am to 4:00 pm - Exhibits open
Saturday, January 11
7:00 am to 4:00 pm - Exhibits open
4:00 pm to 6:00 pm - Exhibit tear down
Other Information
Exhibit table locations are assigned by ACS staff based on the date when the exhibit application and payment was received and other factors including history of participation and sponsorship levels. Signage will be at your assigned location. Do NOT relocate your table without explicit approval from SCCACS.
If you need to rent audiovisual equipment or get Internet access, you should contact the Four Seasons Biltmore Hotel audio-visual department directly to make your own arrangements. (805) 969-2261. Access to basic electric service will be provided to all exhibit table locations.

Note: When sending packages to the hotel, please deliver no sooner than (3) business days prior to the date of arrival.
Regarding shipping your materials, use a method of shipping that provides you with a tracking number. * Please give the tracking number(s) to your onsite personnel. The tracking numbers are essential in helping your personnel locate missing boxes or materials.
We will prepare name badges for your onsite exhibit personnel upon request. You should fax, (310) 379-8283, or e-mail admin@socalsurgeons.org, the names of the personnel manning your booth no later than close of business Friday, December 27th. Otherwise, badges will be prepared onsite, which will likely involve a delay.
